Looking for a family retreat or place to gather with friends on the lake? This stunning home sits on a cliff with a direct view of Hell’s Gate on Possum Kingdom Lake! Sleeps 12 max with 4 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths.
Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the hot tub, pool or on the large back patio!
Prepare meals from the outdoor grill, enjoy a game of ping pong or take a ride to the marina in the optional golf cart. Located within a few miles from the local marina where you can rent a boat or watercraft. Large indoor kitchen and family room provide a welcoming place to gather or just relax. This home has everything you could possibly need!
Amenities
Kitchen: For your comfort, we have a fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, toaster, blender, utensils and everything needed for cooking can be found in this kitchen. The most common question we have is what type of coffee maker do you have. We have a standard coffee maker, not a keurig. We no longer keep all of the spices out because of possible contamination. We have a large freezer and fridge available for your use in the kitchen. There is also a propane grill available for you near the pool. If you need to do laundry during your stay, you have full access to our full-sized washer and dryer. There will be paper towels and toilet paper supplied for you. Bring extras in case you run out or feel free to run up to PK General Store for more supplies. The General Store has all the basic foods and supplies you would need.
Refrigerator: large refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen

Spices/Pantry Items: We do not leave spices because of sanitary reasons.
Coffee Maker: Standard coffee maker, please bring your own supplies for coffee.
Ice Maker: Ice maker on freezer
Dining Table: Dining table for 6, plus we have the kitchen island that seats 4 more
Barbeque/Grill Utensils: Gas grill
Wifi: Satellite Internet. Generally fast but we are in the country so occasionally or on holidays it can run slower.
Ceiling Fans: Most rooms have ceiling fans. If a chandelier is in the room then we have a stand up fan instead.
Television: Television in Livingroom
Toys: Golf cart in garage. This is available for an additional fee of $95 per day and an additional 1k deposit.
Game Room: Game room upstairs with ping pong table
Private Pool: 2 pools, one for relaxing and then a slide that goes into a deeper play pool. The pool can be heated for an extra charge. There is no pool fence. This house is most suitable for adults.
Hot Tub: Hot tub is connected to the pool. If you wish to use this then there is an additional fee to heat the pool and hot tub.
Sauna: Large himalayan salt cave with sauna. (see pics)

Balcony/Terrace: Large mahogany balcony with a direct view of Hells Gate!!
Lawn/Garden: front lawn with grass
Boat Available: Boat Policy: If you bring your own boat or jet skis, feel free to park the trailer in our side yard. Bluff Creek Marina is less than 1 mile away and you can drop your boat in the water there. They do charge a $25 fee for using the marina. Please check in there to pay that fee. Once your boat is in the water you can park your trailer on the side of our house. If you do not bring your own boat or jet skis then feel free to rent from one of the marinas on the lake.
Walkable to Park/Playground: Neighborhood playground available
Fire Pit: Gas firepit with 6 adirondack chairs, great view of the water.
Fenced Yard: The yard is not fenced. This house is best suitable for adults.
