Looking for a family retreat or place to get together with friends on the lake? This stunning home sits on a cliff overlooking Possum Kingdom Lake with breathtaking views! Sleeps 12 with 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 King bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bath, 1 queen bedroom with private bath and 1 bunk room with bath (6 beds). The bunk room has a small game area with a tv for kids to relax and play board games.
Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the pool or hot tub. Sit on the back patio and watch tv or have a fire in the large fire pit. Grill on the outdoor propane grill. Play games in the game room, which includes a pool table and shuffleboard. There is so much to offer at this house!
Located within walking distance to the local marina where you can rent a boat or watercraft or even rent a boat slip for the weekend.
Large indoor kitchen and family room provide a welcoming place to gather or just relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware to crockpots, coffee makers, etc. Please reach out if you have questions. This home has everything you could possibly need!
We do have outdoor cameras for the safety of our home. The only one that will remain on during your stay is the front yard pointing towards the driveway. In the event of a complaint from neighbors, we will have to turn on all remaining outdoor cameras.
Amenities
Kitchen: For your comfort, we have a fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, toaster, blender, utensils and everything needed for cooking can be found in this kitchen. The most common question we have is what type of coffee maker do you have. We have a standard coffee maker, not a keurig. We no longer keep all of the spices out because of possible contamination. We have 2 large freezers and fridges available for your use in the kitchen and laundry room. There is also a propane grill available for you near the pool. If you need to do laundry during your stay, you have full access to our full-sized washer and dryer. There will be paper towels and toilet paper supplied for you. Bring extras in case you run out or feel free to run up to PK General Store for more supplies. The General Store has all the basic foods and supplies you would need.
Refrigerator: Fridge in the kitchen and the laundry room
Coffee Maker: Standard coffee maker, bring your own coffee and supplies
Dining Table: Dining table with 8 chairs
Fireplace: The fireplace is for decor. We do not use the inside fireplace. We do have a firepit outside though that you can use.
Firewood Provided: Firewood for one fire provided, please bring your own wood if you want more than one fire.
