Amenities
We do have outdoor cameras. See rental agreement for this. We have one camera facing front yard that stays on at all times. We have a camera on the back patio that is turned off during stays. We will only turn this camera on if we get a noise complaint.
The charm is due to its natural setting. There can be snakes, coyotes, and other wildlife around. Keep alert, wear closed-toed shoes if possible.
For your comfort, we have a fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, toaster, blender, utensils and everything needed for cooking can be found in this kitchen. The most common question we have is what type of coffee maker do you have. We have a standard coffee maker, not a keurig. We no longer keep all of the spices out because of possible contamination. We have 2 large freezers and fridges available for your use in the kitchen and laundry room. There is also a propane grill and Blackstone available on the back patio. If you need to do laundry during your stay, you have full access to our full-sized washer and dryer. There will be paper towels and toilet paper supplied for you. Bring extras in case you run out or feel free to run up to PK General Store for more supplies. The General Store has all the basic foods and supplies you would need.

Firewood provided for 1 fire in fire pit. Please bring your own wood if you plan on having lots of fires.
The wifi information will be in packet when you arrive. We are in the country so the wifi may be spotty during busy times. We have no control over this.
