The property is a boater’s paradise, with direct water access and plenty of room for trailer parking. Two furnished patios and a large yard offer endless opportunities for outdoor living.
Whether you’re upstairs or down, you’ll find luxe outdoor living in full supply between both patios. A smart TV, seating and dining areas, and a deluxe grill station set the stage for group gatherings on the upper patio. A private hot tub welcomes soothing soaks on the ground-floor patio. A beautiful custom fireplace anchors both patios. A flagstone propane firepit out on the lawn is perfect for summertime campfires. There’s a basketball hoop in the driveway and a horseshoe pit in the yard if you’re looking for some family fun.

The large kitchen makes a great centerpiece for entertaining friends and family, with gorgeous granite counters and all the major appliances you’ll need for mealtime inspiration.

THINGS TO KNOW
This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell security camera. Other exterior cameras: one overlooking the downstairs driveway and patio and one overlooking on the upstairs patio & fireplace
– This home is not dog-friendly.
-2 bedrooms and loft are in the main house and then a game room and bedroom are ground level. The ground floor can only be entered through the outside of the home.
– There is a welcome packet by the TV for guests with information on the area that answers any questions about the property you may have
– Parking is limited to four cars in the driveway. Parking on the grass is prohibited. Boat/trailer parking is also available. Boats may also park at the Marina Boat Dock for an additional fee.
Amenities
Kitchen: For your comfort, we have a fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, toaster, blender, utensils and everything needed for cooking can be found in this kitchen. The most common question we have is what type of coffee maker do you have. We have a standard coffee maker, not a keurig. We no longer keep all of the spices out because of possible contamination. We have a large freezer and fridge available for your use in the kitchen and laundry room. There is also a propane grill available for you near the pool. If you need to do laundry during your stay, you have full access to our full-sized washer and dryer. There will be paper towels and toilet paper supplied for you. Bring extras in case you run out or feel free to run up to PK General Store for more supplies. The General Store has all the basic foods and supplies you would need.
Coffee Maker: Standard coffee maker, please bring your own supplies for coffee.
Dining Table: Dining area for 6
Internet: Satellite Internet. Generally decent but we are in the country so occasionally or on holidays it can run slower.
Fireplace: Indoor fireplace is not operable, Outdoor fireplace on patio is wood burning and available to use (bring your own wood), the fire pit is propane
Lawn/Garden: Amazing lawn for entertaining
Boat Available: Boat Policy: If you bring your own boat or jet skis, feel free to park the trailer in our side yard. Bluff Creek Marina is less than 1 mile away and you can drop your boat in the water there. They do charge a $25 fee for using the marina. Please check in there to pay that fee. Once your boat is in the water you can park your trailer on the side of our house. If you do not bring your own boat or jet skis then feel free to rent from one of the marinas on the lake.
