Mountain Time is a larger, 2 story home that can sleep up to 10 guests. Located very close to the golf course, Lake Pagosa, shopping and bike riding. This home has Air Conditioning and also a hot tub to enjoy.
The main floor is on the 2nd level where you find the large kitchen and eating area, living room with TV and gas fireplace. Down the hall is the master king bed suite with private bath and 2 other king bed bedrooms that share a common full bath in the hall. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook for the family and has wonderful views from the eating area. The living room is a perfect size for the group to hang out and has access to the rear patio with a gas fireplace, gas grill and hot tub.
Downstairs is a perfect kids rooms with 3 twins and a TV. This room has a full bathroom just off of it and a special little play nook under the stairs. The garage is loaded with games including a pool table, darts, TV and also a separate refrigerator
There is no guest parking in this garage.
This home does not allow pets.
Amenities
Kitchen: For your comfort, we have a fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, toaster, blender, utensils and everything needed for cooking can be found in this kitchen. The most common question we have is what type of coffee maker do you have. We have a standard coffee maker, not a Keurig. We no longer keep all of the spices out because of possible contamination. We have 2 large freezers and fridges available for your use in the kitchen and garage. There is also a propane grill available for you near the pool. If you need to do laundry during your stay, you have full access to our full-sized washer and dryer. There will be paper towels and toilet paper supplied for you. Bring extras in case you run out.

Wi-Fi: Satellite Internet. Generally fast but we are in the country so occasionally or on holidays it can run slower.
Ceiling Fans: Most rooms have ceiling fans.
Television: Television in living room and back patio
Game Room: Game garage with shuffle board and pool table.
